Service Description
This is an online initial consultation whereby you can discuss your needs, wants, and budget, giving the designer an understanding of what it is you are looking to achieve. We will be able to advise on colours, aesthetics, and rough layouts, but we will need to conduct an in-person consultation to provide the full design package that is offered through Dando Interiors. Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow adequate time for scheduling and preparation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost. This policy ensures that time slots are used efficiently and allows other clients the opportunity to book. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
