Service Description
This service offers budget-friendly property improvement suggestions that you can make to increase the perceived value of your property, which may lead to a quicker sale, or a higher offer on your property than originally expected. Our designer will take a look around your property, discuss your budget with you, and take several photographs which will be reflected upon in their report. The report will include a breakdown of all suggestions made (and why), any recommended products (such as lampshades for bare bulbs or a caddy for bathroom supplies, for example), and costs associated with those suggestions. Please note that this service does not guarantee a quicker sale, or a higher offer on your property, but increases the chances of these results. In-person session up to 2 hours.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow adequate time for scheduling and preparation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost. This policy ensures that time slots are used efficiently and allows other clients the opportunity to book. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
