Selling a property is stressful enough without later seeing that your estate agent has taken awful photos that do not do the space justice, or seeing certain items out of place. With this 2-hour service, we will advise on how best to stage your home to attract potential buyers, including suggested areas for decluttering potential furniture layout options that improve the flow of a space, and what budget-friendly items your space might benefit from having included in the space to really make it stand out!
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow adequate time for scheduling and preparation. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the appointment cost. This policy ensures that time slots are used efficiently and allows other clients the opportunity to book. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
